Yan Dongsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the China National Academy of Painting, Dong Lei, Director of the Creative Research and Academy of Painting, Dong Lei, representative of participating artists and director of the Landscape Painting Institute of the China National Academy of Painting, Zhou Changzheng, Director of the Publicity and Publishing Center of the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission and Party Secretary, Central Research Institute of Literature and History Feng Yuan, deputy curator and honorary chairman of the Chinese Artists Association, delivered speeches successively.
